We buy commercial businesses with a view to sustainably grow them and exit over a 5-7 year time horizon. Our goal for growth is mostly organic, sometimes acquisitive, but always built around the people running the business.
Buy
We look for businesses led by strong operators, in industries we understand, and where there’s a path to growth. We buy because we see upside, and our approach builds on the foundations already laid.
Grow
Our role is the same in every business we work with: own the commercial and financial management and pair it with an operator who owns delivery.
Exit
Every business we buy has an exit horizon. We grow it, build its value and exit well when the time is right. Owners who keep a stake share in that outcome.

Asset light B2B services preferred, but we’re not afraid of something capital intensive
Trade services, electrical, environmental services, logistics, facilities management, and adjacent sectors
$2m+ revenue, profitable, with ambition to grow
